Felix Bar & Bistro, Sydney CBD

Felix Bar & Bistro is a 1 hat restaurant tucked behind George Street in 2 Ash Street, Sydney CBD.

Part of the Merivale group, Felix Bar and Bistro is a quality dinning location without the over-fancy vibe.

For entrees we had Salmon rillettes, crème fraîche, cornichons and toasted brioche & a bowl of fries.

For the mains we had the Char-grilled pork neck, pickled shallot and apple salad, caper raisin and pine nut dressing & Pan roasted barramundi, French style peas with bacon and cos lettuce. The wine menu was more than extensive and so was the beer selection.

For dessert we had the Hot chocolate and orange fondant, tonka bean ice cream.

A great, easy going dinning experience.
